Job Title: Area Sales Manager (FMCG Trade)

Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan

Salary: 40,000 per month + Travel Allowance (As per Company Policy)

About the Company

We are a well-established FMCG manufacturing company specializing in premium Agarbatti and Dhoop products. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to expand our dealer and distributor network and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the distributor, dealer, and retailer network in the assigned territory.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Appoint new distributors and strengthen existing business relationships.

Increase product visibility and market penetration.

Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.

Coordinate with distributors for order generation, collections, and stock availability.

Plan and execute sales promotion activities.

Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and market feedback.

Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Required Experience





810 years of experience in FMCG Trade Sales.

Experience in handling distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retail markets.

Experience in products such as Agarbatti, Food, Personal Care, Home Care, or other FMCG categories will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of market development and sales planning.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage).

Skills Required

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Solid leadership and team management abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 40,000 per month
