Role & responsibilities

5+ years of experience in Production Support activities on ETL Informatica and Snowflake, PL/SQL.
• Hands-on Production support and troubleshooting experience with Informatica Power Exchange, PowerCenter and/or IDMC (IICS).
• Strong experience with Snowflake and data validation in cloud data platforms.
• Advanced SQL and strong PL/SQL (procedures/functions, performance tuning, data fixes).
• Solid understanding of ETL concepts: mappings, workflows, dependencies, incremental loads, restart/recovery, and reprocessing/backfills.
• Experience analyzing logs and job run details, and working with schedulers (Control-M/Autosys/Cron or equivalent).
• Familiarity with ITSM processes/tools (ServiceNow preferred): incident/problem/change, SLAs, and documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under time pressure with production-critical systems.
• Work on Shift-based / on-call support as per production schedule (e.g., 24x7 rotation), including weekend support when required.
