We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Motor Winder to repair, rewind, and maintain electric motors, generators, and related electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing motor faults, rewinding stators and rotors, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, diagnose, and repair AC and DC electric motors, generators, pumps, and transformers.
- Disassemble motors and remove damaged windings.
- Rewind stators, rotors, and armatures according to specifications.
- Install insulation, coils, and windings using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Test completed motors using electrical testing equipment to ensure proper performance.
- Assemble and balance repaired motors before delivery.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, winding data, and technical drawings.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials used, and test results.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and electrical safety standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
