About The Job
We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking SEO executive/strategist who can own and scale the complete growth engine across all our brands. You will be part of the marketing team and work closely with development, content, and performance teams to drive visibility, traffic, and qualified leads. This role goes beyond traditional SEO. We are looking for someone who understands how search is evolving from Google to AI-driven discovery (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and can optimize for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

Your Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution




- Identify and implement strategies to increase organic traffic, visibility, and lead generation across multiple brand websites.
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Continuously optimize websites for Google search as well as AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
- Build high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority and search visibility.

AI SEO / AEO / GEO (Core Responsibility)
- Optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)—featured snippets, zero-click searches, and conversational queries.
- Implement strategies for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), ensuring brand visibility in AI-generated responses.
- Structure content and websites for AI discoverability, summarization, and citation.
- Experiment with AI tools and workflows to improve SEO performance and scalability.

Technical SEO & Performance
- Identify SEO issues, diagnose root causes,
