Role Overview

Maxhub’s presence in India is expanding, and we are looking for driven Pre-Sales / Technical Support professionals to enable partners and customers with technical expertise on interactive displays, video conferencing, and collaboration solutions across assigned regions. This role focuses on providing pre-sales technical support, product demonstrations, and solution design to scale Maxhub’s hardware and collaboration portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Training shall be provided on:
- Provide technical pre-sales support for Maxhub interactive flat panels, video conferencing bars, and collaboration solutions to channel partners and end customers
- Enable channel partners (system integrators, resellers, AV dealers) with technical product knowledge and solution design support across the assigned territory
- Support partners and customers through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions




- Coordinate with the OEM/principal team to stay updated on product features, specifications, and demo equipment availability
- Build and execute region-wise technical enablement plans and partner training calendars
- Conduct partner trainings, product demos, and technical enablement sessions to improve partner sell-through
- Track technical queries, support tickets, and pre-sales requests to ensure timely resolution and closure
- Support partners and sales teams during pre-sales discussions, solution mapping, and competitive positioning
- Drive joint customer visits and corporate/education sector technical demos along with partners and sales teams
- Assist in developing technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation
- Provide post-demo technical follow-up and coordinate after-sales technical support where required
