- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Provide guidance on salary negotiations and offer management to ensure successful placements.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or non-IT recruitment industry.
- Solid understanding of Hindi language (written & spoken).
- Proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels.
