About the Role
Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil
Engineering Interns who are eager to gain practical exposure to large-scale real estate
construction projects. This internship oers an excellent opportunity to work alongside
experienced professionals and understand end-to-end project execution in the real
estate industry.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the project team in day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Support site engineers in monitoring civil and structural works.
Observe and understand project execution methodologies, construction
sequencing, and quality standards.

Assist in quantity measurements, material reconciliation, and preparation of site
reports.
¢

Monitor project progress against planned schedules and report deviations.




Support quality inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved
drawings and specications.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth
execution of activities.
Assist in maintaining site documentation, daily progress reports, checklists, and
records.

Participate in safety inspections and promote compliance with EHS guidelines.
Learn and understand project planning, billing, estimation, and quality control
processes.
¢
Perform other tasks assigned by the reporting manager as part of the internship
learning program.
Eligibility
Educational Qualication

¢
¢
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a Postgraduate qualication in
Construction Management (Preferred).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Desired Skills

Basic understanding of construction methodologies and civil engineering
concepts.
