Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP DTC (Direct-to-Customer / Retail) Consultants with 8+ years of SAP experience to support an enterprise retail transformation project. We are specifically seeking two consultants one with Brazil localisation expertise and another with Colombia XStore localisation experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of SAP retail business processes, localisation requirements, and end-to-end Direct-to-Customer operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support SAP DTC (Direct-to-Customer / Retail) solutions.
- Analyse business requirements and recommend scalable SAP retail solutions.
- Support end-to-end retail business processes across sales, inventory, store operations, and customer transactions.




- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams during implementation and support activities.
- Support localisation requirements based on regional business and statutory needs.
- Participate in solution design discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Perform functional validation, system testing, and UAT support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integrations and business process alignment.
- Prepare functional documentation and support deployment activities.
- Candidate should be smart and use his/her presence of mind while implementing or in any call/meeting.
