Role Description
The Accounts Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Haridwar. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. The Accounts Executive will handle accounts payable and receivable, assist in preparing GST and other statutory compliances, and support monthly and annual closing activities.



The role also includes preparing financial reports for management, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, and ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies. The Accounts Executive is expected to support process improvements in the finance function and maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial matters.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements) relevant to manufacturing businesses.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
