Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in Python, SQL, and Big Data technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming large and complex datasets into actionable business insights, building scalable data solutions, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The role requires solid technical expertise in data analysis, data processing, and query optimization, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights to support business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and recommendations.
- SQL & Database Management
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries for large-scale data extraction, transformation, and analysis.




- Design and maintain efficient data models and reporting datasets.
- Improve query performance and optimize database operations for large data environments.
- Python Development & Automation
- Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation, and analytical workflows.
- Build reusable data pipelines and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data quality.
- Big Data & Cloud Analytics
- Work with Big Data technologies such as BigQuery, Spark, and Hadoop to process high-volume datasets.
- Support the development and optimization of distributed data processing pipelines.
- Leverage cloud-based analytics solutions, particularly within the GCP ecosystem.
- Reporting & Visualization
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key business metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting
