Position: New Business Development Manager Third-Party & Contract Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Current Business Development Manager with experience in

Third-Party Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CDMO), and MNC client handling. The

incumbent will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, acquiring multinational and

domestic pharmaceutical clients, managing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's

contract manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities from domestic and multinational

pharmaceutical companies.
- Build a strong pipeline of third-party and contract manufacturing projects.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition and account development.
- Develop business plans and market expansion strategies.

MNC Client Management
- Manage relationships with multinational pharmaceutical companies and key decision-makers.




- Conduct business presentations, capability discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure customer requirements are translated into successful manufacturing projects.
- Handle client audits, business reviews, and partnership discussions.

Contract Manufacturing & CMO/CDMO Business
- Promote manufacturing capabilities across Tablets, Capsules, Liquids, Ointments, Injectables,

and Specialty Products.
- Lead contract manufacturing discussions from inquiry to commercialization.
- Coordinate technology transfer and product launch activities with customers and internal

stakeholders.

Commercial & Strategic Operations
- Prepare proposals, costing, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and long-term supply agreements.
- Monitor profitability and project performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, R&D;, Supply C
