What You'll Own

As the
Head of Growth
, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the agency's growth strategy while driving measurable business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Owning the agency's overall growth strategy and translating leadership vision into actionable business plans.

✅ Identifying new growth opportunities through category expansion, service diversification, account growth, and recent market development.





✅ Planning and executing integrated 360° campaigns across:
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media
- Influencer Marketing
- Experiential Marketing
- PR & Communications
- Events
- Partnerships
- Offline Marketing

✅ Driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.

✅ Leading new business development by identifying high-value opportunities, strategic alliances, sponsorships, and brand collaborations.

✅ Managing end-to-end client pitches, proposal development, negotiations, commercials, and successful deal closures.

✅ Overseeing campaign strategy, budgeting, execution, performance tracking, ROI analysis, and optimization.

✅ Acting as a strategic advisor to key clients while nurturing long-term relationships.

✅ Collaborating closely with Leadership, Creative, Digital, Strategy, Experiential, and Partnerships teams to deliver integrated growth solutions.
