Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement

Manage and oversee HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations

Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives

Provide guidance and support to HR team members to ensure effective delivery of HR services





Conduct performance management and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions

Develop and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations

Foster positive employer brand and attract top talent to the organization

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs
