Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for custom interior design projects. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their design needs, presenting tailored service proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing deals.



The role also involves collaborating with designers and project teams to ensure client expectations are accurately communicated and met, tracking sales performance against targets, maintaining CRM records, and providing regular sales reports and market feedback. The Sales Manager will represent Vaastu Kalpaa at client meetings, site visits, and local events to strengthen brand presence and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related design services.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, lead nurturing, and maintaining long-term customer partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to explain design services clearly and close deals effectively.
