Role Description
The Unit Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, in office role located in Canada. The person in this position will oversee day-to-day operations for Canada-focused immigration services, including leading a team of consultants, monitoring case progress, and ensuring adherence to Canadian immigration regulations and internal quality standards.



Responsibilities include managing client pipelines, conducting consultations, reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and resolving escalated issues. The Unit Manager will analyze performance metrics, implement process improvements, and contribute to strategic planning for the Canada unit. This role also involves training team members, maintaining accurate records, and promoting a professional, client-oriented service culture.
