We're an early-stage startup backed by strong technical execution, and we're looking for someone who can build our growth engine from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities-
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for premium real estate projects.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance, CPL, and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize lead conversion efficiency.
- Create and execute audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.




- Analyze lead quality and optimize campaigns based on sales feedback.
- Implement conversion tracking and marketing attribution models.
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform best practices.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead-to-site visit and booking conversions.
- Drive continuous improvements in campaign performance and lead quality.

Qualifications & Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Performance Marketing.
- Solid experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
