What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Analyst, you will serve as the central coordinator for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, managing the operational logistics of onboarding, offboarding, and global mobility for diverse business units. Navigating a complex tech stack, including Workday and ServiceNow,



you will maintain data integrity, resolve policy inquiries, and ensure the accurate execution of system transactions. Acting as a primary point of contact for employees and vendors, you will balance high-volume task management with strict documentation and reporting standards to ensure audit compliance and meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
- Global Stakeholder Management: Provide cross-business unit, global coverage for six business units across six countries.
- Employee Lifecycle Orchestration: Act as the single point of contact to coordinate and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle events—from onboarding to offboarding—with a dedicated focus on a positive employee experience.
- HR Tech & Vendor Integration: Navigate and manage workflows within a diverse global tech stack (including Workday and ServiceNow) while collaborating with specialist vendors such as Tax
