Scope
The Financial Analyst will be a part of the operations team in the US mortgage domain. This role requires an analytical approach to go beyond operational deliverables to provide quick and accurate solutions to the clients' daily.

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting critical functions within the US Mortgage Banking industry for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze borrowers' financial documents, including income proofs, tax returns, bank statements, credit reports, asset documents, and employment records.
- Perform detailed mortgage document reviews to ensure compliance with investor, agency, and client guidelines.
- Support underwriting activities by analyzing loan files, calculating income, reviewing debt-to-income (DTI) ratios, and identifying risk factors.
- Review appraisal and valuation reports to ensure property eligibility and compliance with lending standards.
- Review and validate Closing Disclosures (CDs), Loan Estimates (LEs), and other closing documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct quality control (QC) checks and identify discrepancies, missing documents, or compliance issues within loan files.
