DEWDROPZ is a premium Direct-to-Consumer outdoor lifestyle brand built for people who trek, hike, camp, cycle,
trail-run, and explore solo or otherwise. We design apparel and merchandise that pull people out of their screens
and back into nature.
We're an early-stage startup with big ambitions: thoughtful design, real quality, and a customer experience that
doesn't feel like every other D2C brand. If you like building things from scratch and owning your work, you'll fit
right in.
The Role
As our Operations & Fulfilment Executive, you'll be the person who makes sure products actually move from
vendors and printing partners, into the warehouse, and out to customers across India, on time and without drama.
You'll work closely with our Supply & Vendor Manager and report directly to the founder. This is a hands-on, high-
ownership role for someone who wants to build operational excellence from day one,



not inherit a playbook.
What You'll Own
Order Management & Fulfilment

Process daily orders across all sales channels and generate invoices, shipping labels, and pick/pack lists
Coordinate packing, dispatch, and on-time delivery
Track shipments end-to-end and manage returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacements
Warehouse Operations

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
Maintain accurate, real-time stock records
Run regular stock audits and reconciliation
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and productive
Vendor & Production Coordination

Align with the Supply & Vendor Manager on procurement and production schedules
Follow up with garment manufacturers, printers, packaging suppliers, and logistics partners
Track production timelines and resolve vendor issues before they become customer issues
Printing & Quality Control
