Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Transmission Lines to lead the end-to-end execution of EHV/HV transmission line projects. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Right of Way (ROW) management, project planning, construction execution, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership. This role is critical in ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality, safety, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete execution of EHV/HV transmission line projects from planning to commissioning.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and monitor execution to ensure timely completion.
- Independently handle Right of Way (ROW) activities, including landowner negotiations and coordination with government authorities.
- Obtain statutory approvals and resolve ROW-related issues efficiently.
- Supervise transmission line construction activities, including tower foundation, tower erection, and conductor stringing.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.




- Prepare project progress reports, monitor milestones, and manage client billing follow-ups.
- Lead and supervise site teams to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project standards.
- Monitor project budgets, optimize resource utilization, and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in 132kV, 220kV, or 400kV Transmission Line Projects.
- Proven experience independently managing Right of Way (ROW) activities.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, monitoring, execution, and construction management.
- Experience coordinating with government authorities, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
