We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator and Systems Specialist with 5+ years of experience managing HubSpot Enterprise Accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HubSpot’s full suite of tools, including workflows, marketing automation, ticket systems, and API integrations. This role is critical in supporting our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize HubSpot usage across departments, provide user training, and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· HubSpot Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our HubSpot Enterprise account, ensuring the platform is optimized for performance across sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

· Workflows & Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows to streamline processes across departments, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and task automation.

· API & Systems Integration: Collaborate with IT and external vendors to integrate HubSpot with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, Shopify, Lightspeed) using APIs,



ensuring smooth data flow between platforms.

· Ticketing & Support Systems: Configure and manage HubSpot’s ticketing systems, ensuring seamless operations for customer support, issue resolution, and escalation processes.

· User Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training to departmental staff on HubSpot features, best practices, and system updates. Offer ongoing support for user inquiries and technical issues.

· Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate data across the platform, ensuring compliance with data governance policies. Generate reports to provide insights into marketing and sales performance.

· Custom Solutions Development: Work with stakeholders to identify unique business challenges and develop tailored HubSpot solutions that align with business objectives.

· Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor the performance of HubSpot tools and integrations, troubleshoot system
