Hiring: Pre-School Operations Coordinator | MDN Edify Education Pvt. Ltd.

MDN Edify Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Pre-School Operations Manager to lead and strengthen the operations of our pre-primary schools. Experience: 4–8 Years

Industry: Pre-School / Pre-Primary Education

Location: Kompally, Hyderabad

Key Requirements:

4–8 years of experience in Pre-School Operations.

Experience in Pre-Primary/Pre-School operations, preferably with franchise or chain schools.

Solid expertise in Teacher Training & Development.

Hands-on experience in Admissions, Parent Counselling, Enquiry Conversion, and Student Retention.

Sound knowledge of school operations, quality standards, compliance, and parent relationship management.





Experience in managing multiple centers/branches and leading operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of pre-primary centers while ensuring quality standards.

Design and execute teacher training and development programs.

Lead admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets.

Monitor academic and operational performance and implement improvement plans.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety policies, and documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, profitability, and brand consistency.

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in Pre-Primary Franchise Schools.

Expertise in Teacher Training and Admissions.

Experience handling multiple schools or a chain of schools is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
