Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Sales Hiring

Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore (Work From Office) Experience: 4–6 Years CTC: Up to 7 LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment with a primary focus on Sales hiring. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sourcing, assessing, and hiring sales professionals across various levels while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures and an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.

Drive end-to-end hiring for Sales roles across multiple business functions and experience levels.

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, employee referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels.

Screen and evaluate candidate profiles through telephonic and virtual interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless interview process.





Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Negotiate compensation and manage the offer rollout process.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant exposure to Sales hiring.

Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment independently.

Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a quick-paced environment.

Strong organizational skil
