Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily fabrication and production activities.
- Allocate work to workers and provide proper instructions.
- Ensure fabrication work is carried out as per drawings and work instructions.
- Monitor welding, cutting, grinding, and other fabrication activities.
- Achieve daily production targets and delivery schedules.
- Inspect work quality and identify defects.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and manpower.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Store, Maintenance, and Production departments.
- Provide training and guidance to workers.
- Maintain daily production and work-related records.




- Identify production issues and report them to the concerned senior.
- Ensure discipline and proper work practices within the team.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of fabrication and welding processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Leadership and team-handling skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Experience in production supervision and manpower handling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
