As we continue to grow, we are expanding our design and operations teams and are looking for a passionate HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to help us attract and hire exceptional talent.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and department heads to ensure timely hiring of quality candidates and a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for design, technical, and non-technical positions.




- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, Indeed, referrals, and campus recruitment.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Create and publish job advertisements across various job portals and social media platforms.
- Ensure a smooth and skilled candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up on interview feedback, offer rollouts, and joining confirmations.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist with HR documentation and other administrative activities.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and Indeed.
- Excellent verbal and writ
