Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities across EPC contractors, utilities, industrial manufacturing, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, emails, and customer visits.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations to prospective customers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, order closure, and post-sales support, based on experience level.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.

Customer & Account Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers in utilities, EPC companies, consultants, and industrial organizations.
- Follow up with customers for repeat business and resolve routine customer queries in coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Tender & Proposal Management




- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Assist in or independently manage pre-qualification documents, bid submissions, tender negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of bids.

Technical Sales Support
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable transformer solutions, including dry-type and oil-immersed transformers.
- Interpret technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams for technical clarifications and customized solutions.

CRM & Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities,
