Role Description
The Coordinator of Volunteers is a part-time remote role responsible for organizing and supporting volunteers who assist with casting-related activities and community outreach. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding volunteers, scheduling and tracking volunteer assignments, and maintaining clear communication about expectations, timelines, and responsibilities. The role involves designing and delivering basic volunteer training, sharing guidelines and resources, and ensuring volunteers have the information they need to support casting sessions, events, and online initiatives. The coordinator will manage volunteer databases, monitor participation and performance, and provide regular updates to internal team members. This role also helps identify new opportunities for volunteer engagement and strengthens relationships with partner organizations and community groups relevant to casting and talent outreach.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training, including scheduling, onboarding,



and providing guidance to volunteers.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain clear, professional correspondence.
- Experience with Community Outreach, such as engaging local organizations, online communities, and talent networks to support casting-related initiatives.
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records, calendars, and volunteer data.
- Comfort working in a remote environment with basic proficiency in digital tools (email, video conferencing, shared documents, and simple databases or spreadsheets).
- Prior experience coordinating volunteers, event support, or community programs is preferred; familiarity with casting or entertainment production is a plus.
