Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting, GST compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and general ledger entries.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) within statutory deadlines.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related documentation.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment follow-ups.




- Generate MIS reports and assist in monthly financial reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and auditors for statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and Bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and maintain financial documentation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
