Screen resumes and shortlist candidates. Conduct initial phone calls with applicants. Schedule interviews with management.*Employee Coordination* Assist in new employee onboarding and orientation. Create email IDs and ERP login credentials for new staff. Maintain employee records and documentation.*HR Administration* Maintain staff attendance records.



Support salary and incentive data preparation. Maintain resume database for recruitment.*Training & Staff Development* Assist in preparation of training materials and presentations. Coordinate staff training sessions and meetings.*Front Office & Parent Support* Greet parents and visitors professionally. Handle basic parent enquiries and direct them to concerned departments. Maintain reception professionalism.*Required Skills* Excellent communication skills Strong personality and professional appearance Basic knowledge of HR practices Knowledge of MS Office and email communication Ability to interact professionally with parents, staff, and management
