Role Overview
This is the number two seat in Operations. You'll be the right hand to our Head of Ops and own the engine
room of Knya: warehouse, dispatch, and inventory.
If it moves through our warehouse or goes out to a
customer, it's yours. You'll keep the day-to-day tight, hold the SLAs, and help build the systems that let us
scale without breaking. This role is equal parts on-ground operator and problem solver.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Fulfilment
• Own end-to-end warehouse and fulfilment operations.
• Drive inventory accuracy across all channels (D2C, Retail, Marketplace & B2B).
• Ensure best-in-class dispatch SLAs and operational efficiency.
• Build scalable warehouse processes and SOPs.
• Improve OTIF, fulfilment speed, and customer experience.
Process Excellence
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cost optimization projects across logistics, warehousing, procurement and supply chain.
• Improve productivity through automation and digitization.
