Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Territory Manager with 10 to 12 years of hands-on sales experience in the Wires & Fans segments. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding dealer/distributor networks, managing channel sales, and driving market penetration within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess deep channel relationships, proven team leadership skills, and a solid understanding of electrical retail and project markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Wires and Fans.
- Drive top-line growth through proactive channel expansion and key account management.
- Identify and capitalize on untapped market opportunities in both retail (B2C) and project/institutional (B2B) channels.
- Appoint, manage, and nurture a robust network of distributors,



primary dealers, and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits to maintain strong partner relationships and ensure product availability across the territory.
- Implement trade schemes, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs tailored for dealers, electricians, and contractors.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including electrical contractors, builders, consultants, and electricians.
- Organize electrician meets, dealer meets, and technical awareness sessions to boost brand recall and pull demand.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Sales Executives / Territory Officers to achieve field execution excellence.
- Manage territory inventory levels, primary and secondary sales tracking, and ensure timely payment collections/receivables management.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide actionable feedback to senior leadership.
