Purpose/Objective

The Lead – Business Excellence will drive enterprise-wide excellence across AdaniConneX’s data center business by institutionalizing structured frameworks for continuous improvement, quality governance, operational efficiency, and performance management.
The role is pivotal in embedding a culture of operational discipline, process standardization, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across projects, operations, and corporate functions—aligned with global benchmarks in quality and business excellence.

Business Excellence Framework & Governance - Design and deploy Business Excellence frameworks (aligned to ABEx / EFQM / Lean / Six Sigma principles) across the organization - Establish enterprise-wide governance mechanisms for process standardization, audits, and compliance - Partner with Quality, EHS, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure integrated excellence systems B.




Continuous Improvement & Transformation - Lead structured improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve cycle times - Identify improvement opportunities through data analytics, audits, and performance benchmarking - Drive transformation programs aligned with strategic business goals and operational priorities C.
