Role Description
The Farm Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, responsible for overseeing daily farm operations with a focus on efficient and sustainable production. This role involves planning and supervising cultivation activities, monitoring crop and mushroom growth,



managing irrigation schedules, and ensuring proper resource utilization across the farm. The Farm Manager will coordinate with farm workers, maintain hygiene and safety standards, oversee inventory and input usage, and support poultry or other allied farm activities as required. The position includes tracking productivity, troubleshooting operational issues, implementing best practices, and maintaining records related to yield, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations. The Farm Manager will also collaborate with management on continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to training and guidance for farm staff.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Agriculture and practical experience working with Farms.
- Proficiency in Farm Management, including planning, supervision, and resource optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Irrigation systems and water management practices.
