Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in product-based B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable thermal management products and solutions.
- Prepare and share product quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospects.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for customer meetings and deal closures.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic technical queries.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM/ERP.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, lead conversion goals, and revenue objectives.
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to support customer requirements and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Product Sales..
- Experience in industrial products, engineering products, HVAC, cooling systems, thermal solutions, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP tools and MS Office.
