We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented
Vice President - Defense - Business Development
to spearhead growth initiatives and lead customer acquisition efforts across Aerospace, Defense, Space, UAV, and Advanced Composite markets.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, securing multi-year programs, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our global footprint with leading OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.

✅ Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Aerospace, Defense, Space, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.

✅ Build and strengthen relationships with Aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, defense organizations, and key industry stakeholders.

✅ Lead opportunity capture, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.

✅ Drive market expansion through customer engagement, industry partnerships, and strategic alliances.

✅ Collaborate with Engineering, Operations,



Program Management, and Supply Chain teams to develop compelling customer solutions.

✅ Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify future growth opportunities.

✅ Represent the company at global aerospace exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry forums.

Ideal Candidate

✔ 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Leadership, or Commercial Management.

✔ Proven track record of winning large aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing programs.

✔ Robust relationships across Aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and Defense organizations.

✔ Deep understanding of Aerospace Manufacturing, Composites, Aerostructures, Engineering Services, or Defense Programs.

✔ Exceptional negotiation, customer engagement, and leadership skills.
