Role Description

Medicofix is hiring an Emergency RMO (Resident Medical Officer) for a reputed hospital in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad.

The Emergency RMO will be responsible for the assessment, stabilization, and management of patients presenting with acute medical conditions. The role includes emergency patient care, documentation, coordination with consultants, and working closely with nursing and multidisciplinary teams while following hospital protocols and clinical guidelines.

This is an on-site role with 12-hour day shifts and 24-hour duty options.

Qualifications





* MBBS from a recognized medical institution.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency/Casualty/Critical Care.

* Valid DMC or UPMC Registration is mandatory.

* Solid clinical assessment and emergency management skills.

* BLS/ACLS certification will be an added advantage.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure emergency settings.

* Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Compensation & Duty Details

* Location: Vasundhara, Ghaziabad

* Duty Options: 12 Hours (Day Shift) & 24 Hours

* Payment: ₹380/hour (In-hand, after applicable TDS)

* Salary Cycle: Payment between 15th–20th of every month

* Minimum Commitment: 8–10 duties per month
