Hayah Care is a fast-growing clean-label food and nutrition brand committed to delivering high-quality, natural products. As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced Operations Leader to streamline our operations and build systems that support long-term growth.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Operations professional who can take ownership of our end-to-end operations—from procurement to customer delivery. If you're passionate about improving processes, leading teams, and driving operational excellence, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations including procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock planning.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety standards.
- Improve delivery performance, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.




- Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Lead, train, and mentor the operations team.

Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in FMCG, Food Processing, Manufacturing, or Nutraceuticals.
- Strong experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, and logistics management.
- Hands-on knowledge of FSSAI regulations and quality systems.
- Proven ability to create SOPs and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP or inventory management software experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA (Operations), Engineering, Supply Chain, or Food Technology is preferred.
