Role & responsibilities

End-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received
via sales staff and direct customers
• Interfaces with and supports both internal and/or external customers
• Completes order requirements, and checks the price and quantity of each item listed
• Completes and maintains customer records per business controls
• Liaises with cross-functional teams to drive velocity, backlog management and frictionless
rate

Responsible for coordinating, conducting and documenting order management projects and communicating results
- Liaison with other departments, customers and third parties to obtain information for analysis
- Generates reports and recommendations based upon analysis and presents data to leadership




- Regularly briefs leadership on the status of orders to be processed
- Involved in escalations, reporting, analysis
- May monitor online pricing and configuration management
- Coaching and Feedback to assigned teams

Essential Requirements
- Solid communication skills
- Strong understanding of the order management process
- Strong understanding of corporate systems and processes

Desirable Requirements
- Typically requires 2+ years or more related experience in a professional role with a bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
