About - The Inner Circle started with a simple goal, get 30-40 CXOs in one room for quality conversations and relationship building. Our website and LinkedIn page is launching on 1st August. We have already done events in stealth mode.

Role Description The Community & Sponsorships Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in Bangalore, with flexibility to work from home, attend in person meetings as required.

This role involves reaching out to selected AI/ SaaS companies (India & Dubai) for a co-host/ sponsorship opportunity. We will organise a CXO lunch/ dinner for our co-host (end to end execution).

Once a co-host is closed, an agreement is signed, this candidate would find freelancers to execute the event smoothly. This candidate is a core hire so competitive fixed pay + uncapped incentives.

Qualifications
- Strong Sponsorship Sales and Sales skills to identify prospects,



craft proposals, and close partnership opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities for engaging founders, investors, and sponsors.
- Proficiency in Sponsorship Activation and Event Management to deliver sponsor value and coordinate high-quality events and community programs.
- Previous experience with events & sponsorships
- Presentable, comfortable showing up in our prospect's office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban District)
