Job Description – Officer / Senior Officer – International Collaborations

Department: Symbiosis Centre for International Education (SCIE)
Section: Collaborations

Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification
- Master's degree in Management, International Relations, Education, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and process partnership agreements, MoUs, and collaboration documents.
- Coordinate with institutes and university departments for approvals and compliance of international collaborative programs.
- Manage collaborations related to Dual Degree, Pathway, and Progression Programs.
- Liaise with partner universities and internal faculty for academic collaborations and credit mapping.
- Facilitate signing of MoUs and coordinate international delegation visits.
- Prepare internal reports, presentations, and maintain collaboration records.
- Develop content for newsletters, social media, website updates, and university prospectus.
- Assist in drafting policies, SOPs, and compliance documents related to international collaborations.




- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to strengthen international partnerships.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in international collaborations and higher education.
- Good knowledge of MoUs, academic partnerships, and compliance processes.
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience
- 10–15 years of experience in international relations, university collaborations, or higher education administration.
- Experience working with Indian and international universities on academic partnerships.
- Exposure to international education, student mobility, and team-oriented academic programs will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
