Role Overview

We’re looking for a
Meta Ads Specialist
who can independently plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This role requires deep expertise in performance marketing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization, with a strong focus on ROI and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Develop full-funnel campaign strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting)
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting optimization
- Continuously test creatives, copy, and formats (A/B testing) to improve performance




- Optimize campaigns for key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
- Collaborate with designers and content teams for high-converting ad creatives
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports
- Track pixel events, conversion APIs, and ensure accurate data tracking
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign structures
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid social campaigns
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, events, CAPI)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Familiarity with tools like Google
