Sales Manager
to strengthen our institutional sales, expand our dealer network and help build a scalable sales organization.

of engineering and manufacturing experience, Infra Digitech develops electronic and software-integrated solutions for hospitals, banks, industries, government institutions, corporate campuses and other organizations.

• Embedded, IoT and Custom Software Solutions

What You’ll Do

• Generate and close B2B and institutional sales opportunities

• Develop business with hospitals, banks, industries, contractors, government organizations and corporate customers

• Manage enquiries, product demonstrations, quotations,



negotiations and order closures

• Identify and onboard dealers, distributors and system integrators

• Guide sales executives and improve follow-up discipline

• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts and weekly reports

• Support exhibitions, customer meetings and dealer-development activities

• Achieve agreed revenue, collection and profitability targets

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of B2B, institutional or project-sales experience

• Prior experience selling electronic or medical equipment

• Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions

• Experience managing dealers, channel partners or junior salespeople is preferred

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development

• Good command of English; Kannada and Hindi are preferred
