Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Costing Manager Billing & Tendering to join our Commercial Projects team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, tendering, budgeting, billing, and cost control for commercial interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Develop BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and detailed cost sheets.
- Review architectural and interior drawings for quantity extraction.
- Establish project budgets and monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Perform cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and verify client billing, contractor billing, and payment certifications.
- Coordinate with procurement for vendor quotations, negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Support value engineering initiatives to improve project profitability.




- Maintain commercial documentation, contracts, billing records, and project cost reports.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Consultants, and Clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile
- 57+ years of overall experience.
- Mandatory 2–4 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-out Projects.
- Solid understanding of BOQ preparation, estimation, tendering, and billing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
