Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, including Technical Architect responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Design, Development, and Implementation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
- Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and platform architecture.
- Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Discovery, Service Mapping, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Robust stakeholder management and solution design experience.

Preferred Certifications
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – One or more modules.
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred.
- ITIL 4 Foundation – Preferred.
- Cloud or Enterprise Architecture certifications – Nice to have.
