The R&D; Executive is responsible for researching, developing, testing, and improving products to meet customer expectations, business objectives, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Development
- Develop recent products based on market trends and customer requirements.
- Improve existing products to enhance quality, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct product formulation, prototype development, and sample preparation.

2. Research & Analysis
- Study market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and product research.
- Analyze product performance and recommend improvements.

3. Product Trials & Testing
- Plan and execute laboratory and production trials.
- Monitor product stability, quality, safety, and performance.
- Coordinate product testing and validation processes.

4. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain R&D; records, formulations, specifications, and reports.
- Prepare technical documents and trial reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Marketing teams.
