Job Description

HyreSpot is looking for a motivated and performance-driven Channel Sales Executive to expand and strengthen our partner network across the assigned territory. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building business relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets through channel partnerships.

As a Channel Sales Executive, you will work closely with channel partners to generate business, increase market reach, and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and onboard current channel partners and business associates.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with partner organizations.
- Generate sales opportunities through the partner ecosystem.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting assigned sales and business targets.
- Conduct partner engagement meetings, product demonstrations, and business discussions.
- Provide sales support and guidance to partners to improve performance.
- Monitor partner activities, lead pipelines, and conversion rates.
- Identify new business opportunities,



market segments, and expansion areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and partner interactions.
- Submit periodic reports on business development activities and target achievement.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and manage professional business relationships.
- Goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory when required.
- Required for all districts.
