Ecommerce Assistant (Content, AI & Social Media) Remote (India)

We are looking for a highly intelligent, creative, and adaptable Ecommerce Assistant to support our growing ecommerce brand.

Responsibilities:
- Social media posting & management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Influencer outreach & collaboration tracking
- Creating emails and email campaigns
- Writing/editing blogs and ecommerce-related content
- Editing reels and videos
- Creating graphics/posts using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.
- Using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, Canva AI, Photoroom, etc.
- Assisting with various ecommerce-related tasks when required

Requirements:
- MBA graduate (MUST)
- Strong academic background (8+ GPA MUST)
- Minimum 4+ years work experience
- Minimum 4+ years experience in ecommerce/social media/content-related work
- Strong portfolio with:
- social media posts
- reels/videos
- ecommerce/lifestyle creatives
- Excellent English communication skills




- Strong understanding of social media trends and modern content
- Organized, reliable, and able to adapt to multiple responsibilities
- Must be available during UK working hours, work with tracking software and must be present at live webcam during office timings

Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of Meta/Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads
- Experience with Shopify
- Basic SEO understanding
- Experience with Klaviyo/email marketing platforms
