Role Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented City Head Home Loans to drive business growth by leading a team of Home Loan Executives while managing developer, banking, NBFC, DSA and channel partner relationships. The role requires a strong blend of sales leadership, relationship management and operational excellence to achieve revenue, sourcing and disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities





Business Development & Relationship Management

• Build and strengthen relationships with developers, banks, NBFCs, DSAs and channel partners to drive Home Loan business.

• Identify and acquire new developer partnerships and expand the existing developer network.

• Maintain and grow the channel partner ecosystem to increase sourcing opportunities.

• Work closely with developers and other channels to identify business opportunities and develop customized home loan solutions for customers.

• Collaborate with banking partners to introduce competitive loan products, schemes and customer offers.

• Conduct regular meetings and project visits with developers and key stakeholders to review business performance and strengthen partnerships.

Sales & Business Execution

• Drive sourcing, login, sanction and disbursement targets for the assigned city/team.

• Monitor daily business pipeline
