Role Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting revenue growth for Kayachitra By Mridul. This full-time, on-site role in Surat involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting services and proposals, and following up to close deals.



The role includes coordinating with the creative and operations teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into deliverables, tracking leads and sales activities, and maintaining records in CRM or similar tools. The Business Development Executive will also participate in local networking, manage inquiries from social media or other channels, and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to support strategic planning.
