Role Description
The Human Resources Intern role at Vronix Digital is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding processes. Responsibilities include supporting the development and communication of HR policies, assisting with employee benefits documentation,



and helping organize employee engagement initiatives. The intern will also assist with personnel data management, prepare basic HR reports, and collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with internal procedures. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR practices in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
- Ability to support the creation and implementation of HR Policies and assist in managing Employee Advantages.
- Basic knowledge of Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information responsibly.
- Pursuing or having recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
